Nicolas Brunet is specialized within the fields of company law and M&A.
Within the field of M&A Brunet has extensive experience with providing advice both to purchasers and sellers of businesses in Norway. Assignments are related to every step in equity transactions, from assistance in connection with due diligence investigations, assessing deal structure, negotiating transaction agreements, to the closing of transactions.
Brunet also has substantial experience with company law, in particularly the rules governing limited liability companies, but also other forms of companies and organizations under Norwegian law, including partnerships/companies with liability, foundations, associations, intermunicipal companies etc.
