Nina G. Sandnes has broad and extensive experience as an associate and a lawyer at the Norwegian Employers’ Association for the Financial Sector and CMS Kluge, respectively. Nina works primarily as a consultant and on litigation assignments, covering all kinds of issues related to employment law and HR. At present, most of her assignments include assistance within furloughs, transition and downsizing, with ongoing consultancy to the company's board/administration, or with execution of the entire process on behalf of the company.

In most cases, Nina G. Sandnes represents the employer. She also has extensive experience with consultancy and litigation assignments related to previous framework agreements with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) and affiliated trades union. Nina’s activities also includes settling disputes out of court, through dialogue and negotiations to avoid legal disputes.

Nina G. Sandnes also has experience with consultancy in the fields of collective labor law/tariff law.
