Nora Aareskjold is affiliated with CMS Kluge’s IP, Technology and EEA department. She completed her Master of Laws degree at the University of Bergen in autumn 2025. Her master’s thesis in patent law examined the requirement to substantiate the invention’s technical effect in the assessment of inventive step.
