Nora Rennemo works in CMS Kluge’s department for corporate. She assists with dispute resolution and offers legal advice within several legal fields.
Nora works mainly with private M&A/transactions, as well as general corporate law, contract law and insurance law. She has experience from M&A transactions on both buy- and sell-side, and within a number of different sectors, including construction, energy and private equity.
