Øystein is a partner at CMS Kluge and one of Norway's leading lawyers in the fields of rental/leasing, buying/selling, joint ventures and development contracts for commercial property. He assists several of Norway's largest private and public enterprises, lessors/tenants, property developers and commercial property brokers.
Øystein has expert knowledge of negotiations and transactions related to the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial property and new buildings that are to be constructed. He has in particular experience with the preparation of complex lease and construction contracts for large office buildings, combination commercial buildings, shopping centres and specialised public buildings/infrastructure. He also has special expertise in option agreements, construction, property development and other property law.
