Per Sigvald Wang has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court since 2015. With many years of experience as a lawyer with the Office of the Attorney General and CMS Kluge, he has litigated a wide range of cases before all courts and acted in court-mediations, out-of-court mediations, and negotiations. He has experience from Norwegian and international arbitration.

Per Sigvald handles complex disputes and advice within construction and infrastructure, real estate, industry, technology and commercial contracts. At CMS Kluge, he has headed the litigation team in several cases. This includes disputes concerning ground conditions, changes and final settlements in infrastructure projects, disputes relating to property development, industrial projects, telecommunications infrastructure (telecom) and commercial contracts. It also includes complex contract liability, compensation and insurance settlements. Per Sigvald is experienced in international and cross-border contractual relationships, with associated jurisdiction and choice of law issues. 

Per Sigvald has previously served as a deputy judge and legal adviser in the Ministry of Justice, Legal Affairs Department, with responsibility for contract and tort law. He has international experience as the Norwegian representative on expert committees under EFTA and the European Commission, the OECD and UNCITRAL. Per Sigvald has been a member of several government-appointed law committees. He has for many years taught contract law, company law and civil procedure law at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Law.
