Peter is affiliated with CMS Kluge's department of IP, Technology & EEA. His work is concentrated on the field of public procurement.
He graduated from the University of Bergen in 2013 with a master’s thesis on the copyright issues of sampling in music.
Before Peter started in CMS Kluge, he worked for seven years as a Higher Executive Officer/Adviser/Senior Adviser at Klagenemndssekretariatet, with cases for the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement, including some years as a team leader; with a responsibility to oversee the quality of other case workers’ output.
