Petter Schmidt

Schmidt works primarily with purchase, sale, lease and development of real estate. With regard to transactions, Petter Schmidt assists with all aspects of the transaction process, including consultancy related to selection of an appropriate structure for the buyer, choice of form of transaction, drafting a system of contracts – both between the buyer and seller and between the individual buyers (shareholder agreements) – contract negotiations, due diligence reviews of the companies in question, preparation of prospectuses, assessment of investor presentations, company formalities, and completion of the transaction, including settlement.

Petter Schmidt also has general experience in the most common issues related to VAT and tax in connection with transactions in general and property projects in particular.
