Preben Øvsthun-Sandvik specialises in private M&A and corporate law. He has experience advising on all parts of the transaction process, including the choice of transaction structure, performing Due Diligence, drafting contracts, negotiation, and the closing of the deal. His M&A experience relates to both Buy-Side and Sell-Side in various sectors, including technology, energy and Private Equity.
In addition to advising on M&A deals, Øvsthun-Sandvik assists with general corporate law in connection with equity transactions (capital increases, mergers, demergers, etc.), the establishment of incentive schemes for employees and key personnel, as well as assessments regarding other related corporate law issues.
