Ragnar primarily advises on M&A and general corporate law. He assists Norwegian and international clients across sectors in complex transactions. Ragnar also has significant experience with transactions and development projects in commercial real estate, as well as with Private Equity and asset management.
Ragnar holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo and additionally holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
