Ragnhild Haugen is affiliated with CMS Kluge’s construction department. She assists with advisory and dispute resolution primarily within construction law, but also within contract law and tort law.
Haugen holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen, where she took specialized courses and wrote her master’s thesis in civil procedure and conflict resolution. Haugen also has a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration and has previously worked in banking. Haugen has served as a deputy judge at Hordaland District Court, where she handled both criminal cases and a number of civil cases, including bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings.
