Samuel Skrunes has extensive experience in project consultancy from both offshore and land-based commissions. He has assisted developers, suppliers, contractors and consultants in all phases of a construction project, from contracting to execution and conclusion – including subsequent legal proceedings. He has worked on projects in Norway and abroad, including a variety of commissions in Africa and Brazil. Samuel can also draw on a deep pool of experience from a range of transactions in the fields of property, M&A and production licences, as well as other assets and businesses.
