Sebastian Rekdal started as an Associate in CMS Kluge in the autumn of 2025, and is a part of the firm’s department of Construction. He primarily assists with advisory work and dispute resolution related to Construction and Contract Law.
Rekdal achieved his master’s degree at the University of Bergen in the spring of 2025. His master’s thesis examined airlines obligation to compensate passengers in instances of flight cancellations or substantial delays caused by extraordinary circumstances pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 article 5 (3).
Rekdal has also completed specialized coursework in general company law and tax law.
