Sofie works in CMS Kluge’s department for corporate. She assists with dispute resolution and offers legal advice within several legal fields.
Sofie work with private M&A, as well as providing general legal advice within corporate law. Sofie has experience working with M&A transactions within a number of different sectors, including private equity, construction, technology and energy.
Sofie also has experience working in litigation and dispute resolution, including disputes regarding board member liability, shareholder disputes and general contract law.
