Sondre Rødevand is part of the Real Estate department. He works mainly with expropriation, planning and building law and other issues related to property law.
Sondre holds a master's degree in law from University of Oslo. During his studies he worked as a research assistant at Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, where he wrote his master’s thesis titled "The capitalization rate in expropriation cases – an analysis of the Supreme Court's approach to determine full compensation". As part of the studies, he also went on exchange to University of Sydney in Australia.
