Synne works in CMS Kluge's real estate department in Stavanger and has been with the firm since 2016. She primarily works with sale and purchase of real estate and real estate companies, contract negotiations, lease of commercial property, land acquisition, property organization and development.
Synne also has experience with dispute resolution and litigation. She was a deputy judge at Sør-Rogaland District Court from 2019-2021, where she gained broad experience from several areas of law, including criminal law, tort law, bankruptcy, and enforcement law. She has also litigated several cases before both district courts and land consolidation courts. Synne also has expertise in generational change and inheritance and family law as well as intellectual property law.
In addition to her work at CMS Kluge, Synne has also worked as an examiner at the University of Stavanger. During her studies at the University of Bergen, Synne worked as a group leader for second year students. She also holds an LL.M. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
