Tarnjit Singh Shergill has several years of experience assisting both financial and industrial clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, from initial negotiations, to signing and closing. He has worked with a variety of clients and has assisted national and international companies on both the buy- and sell-side in complex M&A transactions. Tarnjit has also assisted companies and investment banks on numerous equity market transactions, including private placements in listed and unlisted companies as well as IPO processes within various business sectors.
Tarnjit has one year of experience from DNB Bank ASA. During this period, he advised continuously for small and medium-sized businesses and assisted with several larger financing matters.
