Tomas Skare started as an associate in CMS Kluge’s department of Construction at the beginning of 2024. Skare is primarily affiliated with advisory work and dispute resolution concerning Construction and Contract Law.
Skare achieved his Master’s Degree at the University of Bergen at the end of 2023. His thesis analyzed the possibility of achieving legal claims for unsolicited services or goods lacking basis in a contract, according to several non-statutory legal grounds in Norwegian law (negotiorum gestio, non-statutory grounds for restitution and principles of loyalty).
