Tuva Svare works in CMS Kluge's Corporate department mainly focusing on transactions/M&A, as well as general corporate law and contract law.
Svare completed her master's degree in law at the University of Oslo in 2022. She wrote her master's thesis within the subject of company-financed share acquisitions. Svare has also taken elective subjects at the University of Oslo in company law and labor law.
