ICLG-Norway-2023

CMS Kluge has contributed to an updated version of the International Comparative Legal Guides: Sanctions 2022, which covers 17 different jurisdictions’ sanction regimes, including their legal basis, sanction authorities, implementation and enforcement. The book provides important guidance on how companies operating within international trade should manoeuvre in a complex legal landscape.

Siv Madland, Ronny Rosenvold, Rebekka Asbjørnsen and Sindre Ruud have co-authored the book and wrote about the Norwegian sanction regulations.

CMS Kluge is considered one of Norway’s leading law firms within export control and sanctions. Together with the top global law firm CMS we may assist clients both with navigating Norwegian sanctions as well as doing multinational assessments where multiple jurisdictions are involved. CMS Kluge does therefore assist a large number of companies in ensuring compliance with sanctions and the consequences for their international business and trade.
