CMS wins Rzeczpospolita’s prestigious law firm rankings 2026 for third year in a row

CMS has been recognised in the 24th edition of the prestigious law firm ranking published by the leading Polish daily, Rzeczpospolita.

For the third consecutive year, the firm was also named the largest by total number of lawyers. This hat-trick further reinforces CMS’s strong position in the Polish market.

In this year’s rankings, CMS has been named a leader in: 

• Banking and Finance Law, 
• Construction Law, 
• Energy and Natural Resources, 
• Real Estate, 
• Privacy and Data Protection. 

These results demonstrate the breadth and depth of the firm’s capabilities in some of the most dynamic and demanding sectors of the Polish legal market.

An individual distinction was awarded to Rafał Morek as a recommended lawyer in Litigation and Arbitration, in recognition of his outstanding expertise and contribution to the field of dispute resolution.
