Agnieszka is an advocate and a counsel in the Employment Group of CMS.
She helps multinational and local companies in managing the employment, social security, immigration and other issues related to conducting business activity through the personnel in Poland.
In her work she focuses on assisting with day-to-day employment advice but her expertise also covers issues related to launching new establishments, restructuring-related transfers, individual terminations and mass redundancies. She assists in drafting employment contracts, internal by-laws and other templates of employment documents. She helps in negotiations and conducting termination meetings with key personnel. Moreover, her experience includes representing clients in court disputes with employees.
