Aleksandra Rudnicka is an associate in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

Aleksandra specialises in handling real estate transactions, investment projects and related financing processes. She also provides advice on the leasing of office, retail and warehouse space as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts relating to the construction process.

Before joining CMS, Aleksandra worked in Polish law firms, where she supported clients in, among others, construction projects, real estate, and corporate matters.

SEGRO Poland on lease agreements in logistics centres belonging to the group.
Legal advice on lease agreements for office and retail space in office buildings in Warsaw belonging to REICO IS ČS group.
REICO CS Long Lease on the acquisition of the APS consumer battery manufacturing site located in Gniezno, in a sale and lease back formula. REICO CS LONG LEASE bought the property from APS, a European leader of battery production, a portfolio company of Aurelius European Opportunities Fund IV.
Legal advice on the financing or refinancing of a number of logistics or office and retail projects, including, among others, a project involving an office, retail and residential building in the centre of Poznań with a total area of approx. 40,000 sq.m. and a major development project involving an office and retail building in the centre of Wrocław.
On a number of due diligence on logistics, office and retail projects.
