Dominika Galus is an advocate and an associate in the Banking and Finance practice, she is a member of Financial Services Regulatory team at CMS Poland.
Dominika is also doctoral student at the University of Warsaw's Doctoral School of Social Sciences in legal sciences.
She specializes in banking law, capital markets law, insurance law, law and administrative proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts. She has provided legal advice to entities in the financial services sector, in particular banks, insurance companies, investment fund companies and brokerage houses. She has participated in numerous administrative proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts, as well as litigation concerning loans indexed and denominated in foreign currencies. Her professional experience includes primarily advising on regulatory and administrative-legal issues related to the activities of financial institutions. Dominika participated in legislative processes of normative acts in the area of the financial market.
Dominika gained her previous professional experience in the Polish offices of international law firms, a bank, a chamber of commerce for capital market entities and a Polish law firm.
