Our team based in Poznań is headed by Michał Andruszkiewicz, a Partner in the Energy and Projects Department and comprises nearly 20 lawyers specializing in the energy, real estate and employment areas of law. The team acts for a wide range of clients including energy and real estate investors, insurance companies, pension funds, property companies and property funds, as well as commercial and residential developers. We also act for retailers and other occupiers of commercial, office and warehouse space.

Our legal advice also covers matters related to environmental protection, banking and finance, private equity and M&A, insurance and infrastructure. We understand the business environment of our clients and provide effective and innovative legal solutions.
