Robert Semczuk, is an attorney-at-law and a graduate of law of Jagiellonian University and University of Orléans (France). He gained his previous experience working for three large international law firms.
He specialises in advising on commercial law, company law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and private international law. Robert is advising private equity funds and other entities in various acquisition and investment projects, including takeovers, joint-ventures and other share and assets acquisitions.
He has also experience in the creation and implementation of corporate and group restructuring processes, with national and international reach, including mergers, transformations, divisions and liquidations. Robert also provides post-transaction support in corporate restructuring projects.
