Żaneta Bałdowska is an attorney-at-law and Counsel in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS in Poland.

She specialises in transactional real estate law. In particular, she deals with office, commercial and hotel real estate transactions, representing local and international investors and funds operating in the CEE region.

She has taken part in numerous projects from the logistics and residential sector. Her experience covers a broad scope of projects at each stage of the investment process. She has also supported clients in structuring transactions, financing and refinancing of real estate, as well as in obtaining insurance transactions.

Relevant experience

Trigea Real Estate Fund on the acquisition of MidPoint 71, the A-class office building located in Wrocław (Poland) from Echo Investment S.A.;
Xior Student Housing on its strategic joint venture with Solida Capital and their first joint student housing project in Poland;
REICO CS Long Lease on the acquisition of the APS consumer battery manufacturing site located in Gniezno, in a sale and lease back formula. REICO CS LONG LEASE bought the property from APS, a European leader of battery production, a portfolio company of Aurelius European Opportunities Fund IV;
CP Developer Sarl on the sale to the Swedish investor, Heimstaden Bostad of almost 2,500 apartments for rent.
GalCap Europe on the acquisition of an office building in Warsaw, located at 54 Koszykowa Street.
UBM Development AG on numerous sales and acquisitions of office and hotel buildings in Poland.
Henderson Park on the acquisition of an office portfolio in Poland and joint venture with EPP.
Globalworth Poland on acquisitions of office buildings located in Poland.
Chariot Top Group on a real estate portfolio acquisition comprising 28 shopping centres located around Poland and on the subsequent resale of 12 properties from this portfolio.
Echo Investment on the sale of the West Link office building in Wrocław.
