Emerging Europe: M&A Report 2013/14

We are delighted to launch the third edition of “Emerging Europe: M&A Report”, co-authored by CMS and Emerging Markets Information Service (EMIS), the leading provider of M&A information via EMISPRO DealWatch service. The Report summarises the highlights of 2013 M&A activity across 15 countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and provides our deal activity predictions for 2014.

CMS recently opened in Turkiye and this year we have added insight and data on this vibrant market. You will also find a new chapter on Albania and Montenegro, where we also have offices.
