• PKO BP (the biggest Polish universal retail bank) - providing comprehensive legal advice including corporate, regulatory, tax and competition issues as well as and participation in negotiations in connection with the banc assurance project involving setting up of two insurance companies in the form of a JV with an insurance partner. Comprehensive advice on setting up a non-life insurance company within the bank group, including representation of the bank in the proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
• PZU, MetLife Europe Limited, AIG, MetLife Poland, ACE, XL, CFC Underwriting, EFG Insurance, Open Life - drafting general terms and conditions of insurance and other insurance documentation (policy schedules, insurance applications forms, claims settlement forms) concerning new insurance products (including unit-linked, health, IT, cyber-risk and D&O insurance products).
