Highlights of our experience in Intellectual Property in Poland

• Cooper Standard on review of client’s key IP assets across Europe including know-how and patent legal review, advising on patent/trademark licensing scheme and coordination of critical patent disputes across Europe and US with client’s competitors.
• HP Inc. with respect to a country-wide project aimed against importers, distributors and sellers of patent infringing ink cartridges. The project covered negotiating several out-of-court settlements and litigating before a Polish court against key players on the market.
• Representing Syngenta in two court disputes with an importer of counterfeited plant protection products. Coordinating all customs IP enforcement operations in Poland.
