Highlights of our experience in TMC - Technology, Media & Communications in Poland

• ING in relation to a wide range of TMT issues in connection with the creation of an e-commerce B2B platform for ING Group. Advising on einvoicing, e-tendering, intellectual property and data protection issues.
• Huawei on a regional project concerning verification of the legal environment for its operations involving introduction of IT equipment to the selected markets, using telecommunications infrastructure and processing different types of data.
• Representing GE before the Polish Data Protection Authority (GIODO) in relation to the authority’s approval of the Binding Corporate Rules implemented by GE on a global level.
