Please join us for our next Construction Law Update seminar, to be hosted in our Singapore office.

We will bring participants up-to-date with recent developments in the law in relation to the following topics that will impact on construction projects, claims and defences.

  • Concurrent Delay and Exclusion Clauses
  • Causation and the Interpretation of Force Majeure Clauses

We will also provide an update of recent developments in Singapore construction law.
