Adel is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Holborn Law LLC, a member of the CMS Holborn Asia formal law alliance with CMS Singapore.
Adel specialises in commercial dispute resolution and employment, with a particular focus on international arbitration and high court litigation. He works on a broad range of disputes, including claims for breach of contract, shareholder disputes, technology disputes, trade mark infringement actions, fraud claims, and general commercial litigation. Adel also advises employers and senior employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including court and tribunal litigation, corporate transactions, workplace investigations, breach of restrictive covenants and day-to-day employment issues. Adel works across a range of sectors, including financial institutions and professional services, media and technology, life science and consumer products.
Adel graduated summa cum laude (equivalent of first-class honours) from the Singapore Management University’s Yong Pung How School of Law, where he was actively involved in international mooting competitions and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Singapore Law Journal. He has authored various articles published in reputable law journals, including the Singapore Academy of Law (Practitioner), the Singapore Journal of Legal Studies, and the Singapore Academy of Law Journal.
