Chuen Kai is an associate with the Finance team at Holborn Law LLC, a member of the CMS Holborn Asia formal law alliance with CMS Singapore.

He has experience advising on a variety of financing transactions, including venture debt, project finance, and trade finance. Prior to commencing his time as an associate, Chuen Kai completed his practice training with the finance practice at CMS Holborn Asia.

Chuen Kai holds an LLB (Summa cum laude) and a BSc (Information Systems) (Summa cum laude) from the Singapore Management University and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2024.
