Dian is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Engineering Disputes Team in CMS Singapore. She is a qualified lawyer in Indonesia and England & Wales. Her main practice areas are project, infrastructure, construction, energy and commercial. She has been acting for both public and private sectors and advising all parties in the contractual chain including principals, employers, contractors, subcontractors, and industry professionals.

Prior to joining CMS Singapore, she also has experience in contentious matters, specifically Patent (IPRs) where she gained her experience in pursuing and defending the claims and developed her skills as a contentious practitioner. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
