Ding Ian is a Senior Associate in the Technology, Media, IP and Competition team at Holborn Law LLC, a member of the CMS Holborn Asia formal law alliance with CMS Singapore. 

Ding Ian’s experience covers contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of intellectual property, media, information technology, data protection and telecommunications law. He regularly advises on aspects of transaction and enforcement work, as well as franchising, licensing, regulatory compliance, procurement, due diligence, acquisitions and divestments.  

Ding Ian is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
