Leslie Tay is an Associate in the Corporate team at CMS Holborn Asia, the Formal Law Alliance with CMS Singapore and Singapore law practice, Holborn Law LLC. He has experience in advising private equity and venture capital investors and start-ups in international and domestic M&A transactions, and corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to being called to the Singapore bar, Leslie completed his practice training with CMS’ corporate and TMIC team, and has assisted with regional and domestic data protection matters.
