San San Peh is a Senior Consultant in the Singapore office, with extensive experience in the maritime and finance industries.

She represents lenders and leasing companies in international asset-based financings, sale and leaseback transactions, vessel sale and purchase, receivables sale and purchase, debt restructuring and loan defaults. She has also acted for shipowners in financing transactions and advised bidding consortiums on tendering, acquisition and long-term chartering of newbuilds for LNG projects.

Prior to her legal career, San San gained over a decade of experience in the banking industry.

A large Chinese leasing company on financial leasing projects totalling six LNGs and three VLGCs to be operated by leading LNG operators in Qatar.
A large Chinese leasing company on a sale and lease back transaction for 10 vessels to a leading energy and commodities company.
A state-owned Chinese bank in a factoring transaction for 10 container vessels.
COSCO in its mega ship financing facilities from CEXIM involving more than 100 vessels.
Standard Chartered Bank in a sustainability-linked financing for CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited.
Bank Sinopac in a Taiwanese Dollar structured sustainability-linked financing facility for Foremost Group.
A leading European Bank on enforcement rights during the bankruptcy proceedings of STX Pan Ocean, involving complex legal and creditor claims.
NordLB on loan defaults and enforcement actions in relation to the financing of m.t. “Brightoil Glory”.
A consortium of Japanese sponsors on tenders, acquisitions, charters, and financing for LNG vessel projects in Australia and India.
