Mila Drljević is a lawyer primarily engaged in the field of Corporate Law/M&A. She specializes in all aspects of corporate law and transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and transfers of business and shareholders’ agreements. She has been engaged in numerous deals for both listed and private companies in various industry sectors. She has also assisted clients in the process of entering the Serbian market, as well as day-to-day business activities and projects.
During and after her studies, she took several courses in the fields of corporate law and international law, attended summer law schools, as well as various conferences. She also represented her university at moot court competitions. Mila Drljević holds her LL.M. in International Business Law from the Central European University.
