The recent news of the actions taken by the Slovenian Competition Protection Authority has once again reminded us that the fines for the violation of competition rules can be large.

But unfortunately, it is often the case that companies are not acquainted with the competition law rules and therefore falsely assume that these rules represent no risk to them.

The business breakfast will be held in English and hosted by Mr Aleš Lunder, who will be joined by three competition specialists from the region, Ms Marija Zrno (Croatia), Mr Raško Radovanović (Serbia) and Mr Robert Kordić (Slovenia). We will address the most pressing issues related to the forms and types of antitrust violations in the CEE region and will certainly give you some useful guidelines on how to tackle this matter in your company.

Attendance is free of charge but requires prior registration on a first-come-first-served basis. The number of available places is limited. Please confirm your attendance at the event as soon as possible, by 21 February 2020 at the latest. We also invite you to send us questions on the challenges regarding the competition issues in your organisation.
