Neža Vončina is a real estate specialist with over seven years of professional experience advising clients on all aspects of property, construction, and real estate transactions. With a strong understanding that the real estate industry is deeply interconnected with other legal fields — from sustainability initiatives and permitting to corporate structuring and financing  she advises clients on ESG-aligned strategies such as green building certifications, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and renewable energy integration.

Her clients benefit from her deep industry knowledge, particularly in the hospitality and energy sectors, and her client-focused approach that aligns legal strategies with commercial objectives.
