CMS Wistrand advises Reliwe and Derome on sale of residential project to Nrep

CMS Wistrand has advised Reliwe and Derome, acting in a joint venture, on the forward funding sale of a residential project consisting of 308 newly built rental apartments in Hallonbergen, Sundbyberg, to Nrep - one of the leading property investors in the Nordic region. The acquisition will be made through Nrep's core plus fund, Nrep Income+.

The properties - Sundbyberg Freden Större 15, 21 and 22 – will following project completion have a total lettable area of approximately 13,900 square metres. The project, which is expected to be completed in 2027, meets high sustainability requirements and is certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.
