CMS Wistrand advises Optimizely in debt refinancing

CMS Wistrand has successfully represented the Optimizely group as Swedish counsel in securing an approx. USD 1.1B financing arrangement with a consortium of various lenders led by Golub.

The financing will, in addition to refinance existing debt, be used to support the Optimizely business. Optimizely is a US and Swedish based company providing digital experience Optimizely One software and platform services for Experimentation, Personalization, Campaign Marketing Platform and Content Management.
