Audrey Durand is a Partner at CMS Geneva, specializing in M&A transactions, venture capital, corporate reorganizations, corporate law, and general contract matters. She also has specific expertise in the field of W&I insurance.

She regularly advises clients on complex cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, both on the buy- and sell-side.

Audrey Durand also regularly assists companies on their ongoing corporate and commercial activities (e.g. shareholder's agreements, financing, and corporate housekeeping matters).

Audrey Durand was recently recognized by The Legal 500, Switzerland, Leading Firms: French-speaking Switzerland, 2023.

Fluent in English, French, and German, Audrey holds a bilingual Master of Laws from the University of Geneva and Basel (2012) and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School (2017).

Admitted to the Geneva Bar in October 2014, Audrey Durand completed her legal traineeship in a Geneva-based law firm, specializing in banking and commercial litigation. She then worked for nearly two years in the banking and corporate departments of another leading Swiss business law firm in Geneva before joining CMS in July 2017.
