Audrey Durand is Partner and Co-head of the Corporate/M&A group in Geneva. She specializes in M&A and corporate finance transactions, including venture capital and structured and acquisition finance. Audrey has also extensive experience in complex corporate reorganizations and restructurings and handles the full range of general corporate and commercial law matters. In addition, Audrey has developed particular expertise in the field of W&I insurance. 

Audrey Durand has a solid track record advising clients across a wide range of industries – from multinational groups and listed companies to small and medium-sized businesses – on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and finance transactions. She represents Swiss and international sellers, buyers, borrowers and lenders.

Audrey Durand also is an experienced corporate lawyer assisting companies with their day-to-day corporate and commercial operations, including drafting and negotiation of shareholders and partnership agreements, crafting commercial contracts and handling on behalf of clients corporate services and corporate governance matters.  

Audrey Durand is distinguished by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star Partner in M&A and is recognized by The Legal 500 in their guide on Leading Firms: French-speaking Switzerland.
