CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises NGE Group on its Merger with the Dacquin Group

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised NGE Group and its subsidiary GTS on its merger with the Dacquin group, a specialist in special foundations. This merger is subject to approval from the competition authority.

Located near Rennes, the Dacquin group has almost 200 employees and achieved turnover in 2015 of €55m.

Following this merger, the "Geotechnical and Safety Contracting" division of NGE Group, managed by GTS, will be able to offer a complete range of techniques and deep foundations, particularly in respect of diaphragm walls and various piling techniques.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising NGE Group and its subsidiary GTS comprised Christophe Lefaillet (partner), Isabelle Prodhomme (associate counsel), Adeline Benoit and Pierre Bondu for Corporate aspects, Virginie Coursière-Pluntz (associate counsel) and Marine Bonnier for Competition aspects and Pierre Bonneau (partner) for Employment Law aspects.
