Aegide—founder of Domitys living facilities for senior citizens—successfully completed a new bond issue on the financial markets, subscribed by an institutional investor, for a total of €12,000,000.

The bonds bear interest at an annual rate of 4% and will be redeemed on 29 September 2023.
The private placement, made in the form of an Euro PP, like Aegide's first private placement issued in October 2014, was arranged by Banque Palatine.

This transaction will allow Aegide, the leader in its market, with 57 residences in operation, to finance the group's growth especially in its current business development plan, which features 70 projects currently underway in France and abroad.

For this transaction, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as legal advisors to the lead manager, Banque Palatine. The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team consisted of Marc-Etienne Sébire (partner) and Nadia Aïssaoui (associate).
