Marc-Etienne Sébire joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2011 and became a partner in 2014.
He established our Capital Markets practice in France and is involved in Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets and Derivatives.
He acts for issuers and financial institutions on all types of capital markets transactions (more than €150 billion financed since 2011): spanning Eurobonds, EMTN programmes, hybrid securities, Commercial Paper, covered bonds, Euro PPs, green bonds, social bonds, sustainability-linked bonds, and liability management transactions.
Marc-Etienne Sébire has also extensive experience in derivatives, advising on their documentation (ISDA, FBF, etc.) and on regulatory aspects (EMIR, etc.).
He is regularly consulted by government authorities and professional associations on capital market matters.
