CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises two family offices on acquiring a minority stake in cityscoot along with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised two family offices on joining the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) as a minority shareholder in Paris’s first electric-scooter share service, Cityscoot, which aims to have 3,000 scooters in circulation in the Paris area by 2020.

The members of the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising the two family offices on this deal were Alexandre Delhaye (partner) and Romain Boyet for Corporate/M&A issues.

Cityscoot and its founder, Bertrand Fleurose, were advised by Reinhart Marville Torre, with Pierre-Menno de Girard advising on the Corporate/M&A issues.

The CDC was advised by ALMAIN A.A.R.P.I., with Cécile Davanne-Mortreux advising on the Corporate/M&A issues.
