Christophe Leclère joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2007.

He specialises in direct taxation, assisting clients with aspects of the taxation of corporate groups, mainly with regard to restructuring, LBO and M&A, taxation of financial products, assistance with tax audits, negotiating with the tax authorities, monitoring tax litigation, day to day international and national corporate tax issues and the taxation of private clients (business transfer, optimisation, wealth taxation, assistance with tax audits).
