Olivier Kuhn is a partner and joint manager of the Litigation and Arbitration Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre, having joined the company in 2003.

Olivier assists his French and foreign clients with all types of civil, commercial and criminal litigation as well as with handling their disputes in the pre-litigation stages.

Olivier acts regularly in litigation relating to matters of contract, commercial, company, liability, banking and finance, and press law. He is also responsible for defending his clients in matters of criminal business law and criminal tax law.
